It hasn't been long since RuneScape: Dragonwilds was made available in Steam Early Access. However, that hasn't stopped the development team from continuously working to improve the game.
In a post, the development team announced that they've released update 0.7.3. One of the highlights are Cloud Saves. What this means is that players no longer have to back up local copies.
Fixes Done
Fixes are also part of the update and one of these is the Velgar Meteor fix. meteors raining down from the Scaly Scourge to the base of the players should be less of a problem moving forward. Other fixes are:
- Better fix for completing quests with a full inventory.
- No more chucking materials before talking to Zanik.
- The Goblin in the Vertentis Kara Vault are more noticeable.
- AI Status Effect immunities have all been checked & should be working correctly.
- Fix for ash log duplication in the Shattered Plains
- Fixes to a few areas in the world where players can get stuck.
- Improvements to reduce client desync which means that ranged combat in multiplayer worlds should feel extra nice.
- Respawned bloodwood sap can now be gathered.
- Controller - "LB" works correctly in the crafting menu.
- Continued localisation fixes for missing translations and cut-off text.
- A couple of typo fixes in quests and journal entries.
- Chests players are interacting with when they die are no longer locked forever.
- XP balancing for Splinter.
- Beards no longer clip through helmets.
- Blood VFX will be in the right place on smaller AI.
- The gravestone VFX of players should be a different colour to everyone else's.
Future Plans
The team has revealed they're working with the Art team to explore feedback around the bloom and blur options. This is a delicate process especially since they're very attached to the aesthetic and art style that makes this game so pretty. The team is also looking to develop clear terms around Modding and then share those in a distinct news post when everything is organized.

To survive against the threat of the Dragons, players need to level up and arm themselves before facing these threats. They'll have to follow the trail of destruction and uncover the mysteries of the continent in order to learn not only how to confront the dragons but more importantly how to overcome them.
