The Wrath of the Ancients Has Arrived to EVERSPACE 2. The new expansion is available for the PC via Steam and GOG. It's also on consoles PlayStation and Xbox.
A New Storyline
Wrath of the Ancients adds more than ten hours of new post-game and side quest storylines. It's set after the events of EVERSPACE 2 and introduces a new adventure which leads pilots deep into star systems controlled by the Okkar. These are an advanced species whom Humankind has brokered a fragile peace. As Adam and his band of misfits seek out the origins of mysterious Ancient ships that are attacking Human colonies, the truths of this alien race come to light.
As part of the new storyline, players embark on an adventure across four new explorable star systems. Each one is each packed with multiple locations filled with new enemies, secrets, and puzzles. The new side quests meanwhile expand on characters and stories that were introduced in EVERSPACE 2.
The Wraith
The new expansion introduces a new playable Okkar spaceship which is the Wraith. It offers new playstyle options with its powerful ability combos and increased damage opportunities. For its ultimate skill, the ship can transform its appearance and feature special abilities.

In a statement, ROCKFISH Games CEO and Co-Founder Michael Schade revealed that they're "both happy and sad" for the release of the new expansion. That's because it seems that this is going to be the game's final expansion. The studio is now looking into new projects.
EVERSPACE 2 is available on PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, GOG, and the Microsoft Store. It’s currently fully voiced in English and German. The game is also localized in thirteen languages that include English, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Spanish.
